California just passed something I’ve never seen in this state before and more states should step up to the plate. Will more states step up to the plate?

✅ 100% property tax exemption for veterans rated 100% service connected
✅ Income must be at or below $83,474
✅ Miss the income limit? You still get a 50% exemption
✅ Surviving spouses are eligible
This goes into effect January 1, 2027. The county will NOT adjust your taxes automatically. You have to file the paperwork.
