Had to go down town (London) yesterday - just after the local elections - and happened upon this new statue at Waterloo Place. It does look ‘in place’, with all the others in a row. I was told it may have something to do with patriotism, but I have to say, I couldn’t help seeing it as a personification of our current Government🤣: of course, it’s a Banksy (pics 1-4) 👏👏👏. Other amazing finds were: a building on Jermyn Str (5), incredibly detailed Bernard Cohen works from the 60’s @ Blonde Contemporary (Thank you for the great chat! Pics 6-8), some great late Dubuffet paintings @ Waddington Custot (9-12), and a street corner in Whitehall & MOD building (13-15) by @orsicowell

Dream II - Canada Goose (In the absence of a snake, who is to blame?)

It’s finished! A musing about domesticity, dreams and fulfilment in life - from the female side of things - obviously ;). I often wondered how the story of Adam-and-Eve would have turned out, if there hadn’t been a snake to blame. Would it be for example, a different share of pain, responsibility and perceived knowledge (gained from taking that apple) between the sexes?
Loyalty, teamwork, protection, wildness, and safe navigation (of life’s journeys, no less), that is: a goose - sort of - sums up this trip into the unconscious… enjoy. by @orsicowell
