On Wednesday 24th June 2026 at 19:35 my amazing wife @lmpage21 gave birth to our 1st born. A beautiful baby boy 🥹💙 Nothing went to plan (& I mean nothing) but Lisa did her best under the circumstances handed to us and I can’t describe in words the amount of admiration and enhanced love I feel towards her for being so brave and amazing throughout ❤️🥰😘 also a big thank you to our midwife Alexa at the John Radcliffe hospital for her attention and care throughout. Leo came healthy, happy (despite crying) and ready to meet his parents. The instant feeling of love and protectiveness over this tiny little boy has filled my heart to bursting and I’m a such a proud Dad! We are home, Lisa and Leo are doing great and now we are learning how to be parents 😬🤩 and loving it! #babyborn #itsaboy💙 #amazingwife #firsttimeparents #bodybuildingdad by @orumble_bodybuilding
4 years ago today we said “I do” 🥰 The moment all my brightest dreams came true, Lisa, my beautiful, amazing wife, You are the absolute love of my life. I love you “indefinitely,” my chosen place, More than any star in outer space, Like the famous movie line we know is true, I am just a man, standing in front of you. All I’m asking for is your love, today and always As we walk together through all of life’s hallways, Our greatest adventure is coming so soon, Our precious baby, arriving in June. Whatever storms the world may send our way, We face them hand in hand, day by day, We’ve proven we can conquer any test, And with you by my side, I am truly blessed. My love for you grows deeper every day, Far more than any words could say, You are my whole word, my heart, and my home, With you by my side, I am never alone. I love you more than life itself Now and forever, you have my whole heart Happy 4th wedding Anniversary 😘🥳 by @orumble_bodybuilding
Monday Upper Felt pretty lousy this morning stepping into the gym and felt like I didn’t have it in me to train…… BUT, Discipline, showing up, being consistent and doing my best were all in my control! 😉 Discipline is the best form of self love because it’s keeping the promise you made to your future self to achieve your goals. My coach @coach_dsl believes in me, fully backs my goals and has given me the tools and guidance I need to have the best shot of achieving my goal. I won’t get there if I don’t show up 💪 Sometimes that’s all it takes, just show up and do your best! I’m lucky I have an amazing coach and a great environment at @theparkclubmilton to train at. I came out feeling great and ready to attack the day 😎 #bodybuilding #bodybuildingtraining #staydisciplined #bodybuildingmotivations #bodybuilders by @orumble_bodybuilding
Can’t describe in words how amazing it is to organise & run these posing workshops when I see how many athletes turn up and how much they enjoy them 🫶 Posing is such a big part of competitive bodybuilding. It’s not enough to just build a physique and diet to reveal it but you have to be able to present it to show your best physique on stage 💪 I’m blown away not just by how many athletes turn up but how much effort they put in to create the shapes but also how much you love it 😬 it truly makes it worth it! A massive thank you to everyone who turns up to work on themselves. And, a enormous thank you to all the coaches who give their time to come and help these athletes 🙏 without the coaches these workshops would not be possible so again thank you to @coach_dsl @fhwill01 @dansutcliffe_fitness @dnorth21 @_lloyd.brown_ The 3rd one will be organised soon so keep and eye 👀 out for the social media posts and I look forward to seeing you all on the next one 🤪 #bodybuilding #bodybuildingmotivation #bodybuildingworkshop #bodybuildingposing #bodybuildingprep by @orumble_bodybuilding

The value of an in-person check-in 👌🏼 It's not something I see as essential, yet super valuable when you have the opportunity. Seeing clients in person always looks different, and it also gives me the opportunity to pick their posing apart (you know me). Driven athletes go out of their way to make every aspect of coaching work in their favor. A coach can only lead you to the water; you need to drink it yourselves.
