쪼개먹고, 나눠먹고 (Break, Share), 2026 하나의 음식을 쪼개고 나누며 자연스럽게 사람들이 모였던 기억에서 시작했습니다. 하나의 형태를 여러 조각으로 나누었습니다. 각각은 하나의 접시로 사용되고, 다시 모이면 하나의 큰 접시이자 트레이가 됩니다. 이번 스프레드 세션의 식탁 위에서 나누고, 건네고, 다시 모아봅니다. - 공예 작가 9인의 테이블웨어가 하나의 긴 식탁 위에 펼쳐집니다. 감상이 아닌 사용의 경험으로, 공예품이 손에 쥐어지고 음식이 담기는 순간을 마련했습니다. 예상보다 많은 분들이 찾아와 주셨습니다. 저희가 작업하는 공간에서 직접 만나 이야기를 나누고, 평소 보여드리지 못했던 작업의 과정과 여러 모습들을 함께 나눌 수 있어 더욱 즐거운 시간이었습니다. 이번 오픈스튜디오에서 나눈 이야기와 경험을 바탕으로, 각자의 자리에서 계속해서 재미있는 작업을 이어가겠습니다. 함께해 주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다. 4 × 2 = ? OPEN STUDIO 저희의 작업실에 초대합니다. 원미동에 위치한 이곳은 선리, 손태선, 이영현, 지은실 네 사람이 함께 사용하는 작업실입니다. 서로 다른 작업을 하는 네 사람은 두 개의 공간을 오가며 각자의 작업을 이어가고 있습니다.

사람과 사람 사이, 작업과 작업 사이에서 서로의 생각과 방식이 오가고, 때로는 만나고 섞이며 예상하지 못한 결과로 이어집니다.

이번 오픈스튜디오에서는 우리가 머물고 작업하는 공간을 열어, 네 사람의 작업과 그 사이에서 만들어지는 여러 장면을 보여드립니다.

그리고 이번 오픈스튜디오를 위해 하나의 공통된 형태에서 출발한 네 개의 작업을 준비했습니다. 오류엘리먼츠의 Elements Stool을 시작점으로, 네 사람이 각자의 방식으로 개입해 서로 다른 스툴을 만들었습니다.

《DOT SELECT SHOP》 각자의 자리에서 좋은 이야기를 만들어가고 있는 브랜드들이 한곳에 모였을 때 만들어내는 힘을 믿습니다. 《DOT SELECT SHOP》은 동시대의 작가들이 운영하는 브랜드와 수집 가치가 있는 빈티지를 소개하는 숍, 그리고 우리가 매일 사용하는 물건들 속에서 좋은 감각과 태도를 가진 브랜드들을 한곳에 모은 작은 셀렉숍입니다. 꼼데가르송의 빈티지 피스부터 모로코 곳곳에서 발견한 특별한 카페트까지 이곳에서만 만날 수 있는 것들을 소개합니다. 서로 다른 세계에서 시작된 것들이지만 그렇게 모인 작은 점들이 하나의 장면이 되기를 바랍니다. 단순한 7개의 도형이 서로 다른 조합을 이루며 새로운 형태를 만들어내는 과정이 늘 흥미로웠습니다. 오류엘리먼츠 역시 서로 다른 요소가 만나는 방식을 탐구합니다. 이번에는 어린 시절의 기억을 오류엘리먼츠의 방식으로 다시 풀어봤습니다. — The process of seven simple geometric pieces coming together in different combinations to create new forms has always fascinated me. Oryuelements also explores the ways different elements come together. This time, a childhood memory was reinterpreted through the language of Oryuelements. by @oryuelements

초등학교 3, 4학년 때 칠교를 꽤 잘했습니다. 단순한 7개의 도형이 서로 다른 조합을 이루며 새로운 형태를 만들어내는 과정이 늘 흥미로웠습니다. 오류엘리먼츠 역시 서로 다른 요소가 만나는 방식을 탐구합니다. 이번에는 어린 시절의 기억을 오류엘리먼츠의 방식으로 다시 풀어봤습니다. - I was pretty good at tangrams in the third and fourth grades of elementary school. The process of seven simple geometric pieces coming together in different combinations to create new forms was always fascinating. Using the plate as a connecting element, the stool can be assembled and disassembled with ease. The updated structure allows for more flexible use across a variety of spaces. by @oryuelements
