Magical moments at Ras Mohamed🐢

Protect the marine life from unprofessional boats in ras Mohamed, this turtle had an injured shell.

-Give the 🐢 space , specially when they try to go up to breath and on the surface, Give them space.
-Don't try to touch or grap or splash, try to be calm and watch how beautiful they are from a distance.
-You can also stop trashing the ocean with cigarette butts and plastic bags.

BIG THANKS to @devrix__ for capturing this beautiful moments 🙏💙🐬📸

What can breath-hold diving teaches you:

- How to be humble.
- How to listen/feel your body and how to work with it and not against it.
- How to really let go and what to do so you can relax
- That we are not doing anything against our nature or our body. You learn that your body will actually help you.
- That fear is part of life but should not be an obstacle.
- That failure is a very important part of your progress without it you can't learn sometimes.

What can Breath-hold diving give you:

- A chance to discover a new way of life and to connect with the ocean.
- An opportunity to connect with yourself and your body and to feeling safe in your body.
- A place for silence , not just form the outside noise but also the inner one.

In Freediving and Life our experience is never same and thats okay.
