✨FIESTA DEL FUEGO 🔥 by @francismallmann @horizontalfestival @osbornhouse_ 👨‍🍳🎨🎶

On Monday 5 October 2026, step into the world of legendary live-fire chef Francis Mallmann for an unforgettable five-hour culinary spectacle. Guests are treated to Mallmann’s signature Argentine fire-cooking theatre, where flame, smoke and seasonal produce come together in extraordinary style at Fiesta Del Fuego within the spectacular grounds of Osborn House, Bundanoon, as part of the Horizontal Festival in Southern Highlands, NSW.

Francis Mallmann is an Argentine chef, author, and restaurateur - an artist. Over the course of his career, he has developed a distinctive approach to cooking that connects culinary craft with culture, place, and time. He leads more than sixteen restaurants across several countries, from Patagonia to France, and has published seven books translated into multiple languages. His work has been featured in major international publications and television programs, including an episode of Netflix’s Chef’s Table.

I’m emsuper excited, thankful and honored for the opportunity to curate the soundtrack for the event by performing live music & selecting carefully the tracks for the day.

Thank you @osbornhouse_ for having me and for trusting me such opportunity!
