8 weeks apart.
In the left picture my body fat % was the highest I’ve been, I was eating crap, not training and I was very unhappy with myself. Drinking a lot, drugs every weekend, staying up and partying a lot ( don’t get me wrong, being a DJ I still love to party ). Something needed to change.
I started training and running more
Then 8 weeks with some programming from @paddytegg and my body fat % is down, muscle mass up, gone up a minimum of 15kgs on all my lifts. Eating cleaner also.
I’m still well away from my goals, but with the end of the year on us, I think it’s important to celebrate the wins along the way. by @osc.angell

As 2025 comes to a close I’ve done some reflecting. What a crazy year. Plenty of ups and plenty of downs, an absolute roller coaster. From the heartaches, to the full heart, tears and laughter, to the people still with me and those who’s chapter in my book ended, thank you 💙
I lost myself a few times, but continued to find myself again.
From a Rocky start, to creating W*LLOW 2025 was an absolute year. by @osc.angell
