One flogging, one really fun 2.8 and a cool box ticked of competing at my favourite @wsl event on the calendar. Already can’t wait to get another chance to do this again one day! Thanks @wsl and the locals for putting this event on, it’s really sick. And thanks to the Tahitian water patrol for keeping us safe! Also thanks @hampositive for the channel clip from the morning surf ! by @oscarberry123
@wsl awards night with my mumsy was so special. Receiving my rookie rashie off @kellyslater was a pretty bloody special moment and a big fire up for the year to come !! Here’s a few flicks courtesy of @wsl by @oscarberry123
IM ON THE 2026 @wsl CHAMPIONSHIP TOUR!! A moment in my life that I’ll never forget.. I’m so grateful for all my family and mates for making my moment so special!! I’ll never be more happy on my way in from a 4th place 😂 Still finding the way to put it into words but thankyou so much to my sponsors for making this possible and for everyone that’s been apart of the ride thus far!! Just the beginning but I’m bloody excited for where it’s going! 📷 @wsl @themadhueys @metriconhomes @lsd_ooo @southcoastfoams @fcs_surf @sunbum @thedingshop by @oscarberry123
So frothing to be leaving the Brazil and Portugal leg with a 3rd and a 5th and to have some good feelings in the rashie again!! Thankyou to everyone who has supported me all through this year ❤️ @wsl @themadhueys @metriconhomes @lsd_ooo @dcshoes_anz @southcoastfoams @sunbum @childe_co @thedingshop by @oscarberry123
Couple slides from the last few days. Surfed a heat and progressed to the round of 32 which should be on tomorrow at some stage ! Found a fun bank lapping the shore around some big cliffs put into scale by Jarv. Thanks for the clips lads @hunter_vercoe @teamac by @oscarberry123
There’s a few reasons why I’m excited to get to Portugal each year and these Shorey banks are one of them! 🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹 Ps: drove an hour up the road to surf and forgot my wettie, cheers @luke.thompsson for the lend 🤣 🎥: @hunter_vercoe thanks Hunts !! @surfingaus by @oscarberry123
=3rd in Brazil 🇧🇷! Feels incredible to get some momentum going again. Super amped up for Portugal starting in a few days !! @wsl by @oscarberry123
Still rolling here in Maresias! Finals day tmoz, pretty bloody cool feeling to be surfing on the last day of a comp after heaps of first day exits this year hahah. Ready to get stuck in ! @wsl by @oscarberry123
Not the prettiest heat but feels really nice to be into the last 16 here in Maresias. Surfing against good mates can be super uncomfortable at times and today was no different. Excited for another crack at some man on man heats when the comp gets back underway! @wsl by @oscarberry123
First round scaries out of the way. Excited for what’s to come in the next few days! Hopefully a little more push in the next heat hahah @wsl by @oscarberry123
So that’s what it’s like to surf against a world champ hahah. So much respect for @yagodora and the type of surfing he’s able to do in the rashie. Something I’m very inspired by. Super cool to share the lineup with him and throw a few punches! I’m really proud of myself for continuing to show up in the face of adversity this year and at this point of the year be able to do some surfing that I’m proud of all while keeping a smile on my face! Looking forward to bringing some momentum into the Brazil and Portugal challenger events later in a week or so ! by @oscarberry123
Kinda feels awkward writing this having it taken so long to get a heat progression, but I really am stoked to have put a solid performance together today. Obviously bittersweet that it was against such a close friend of mine but thats how this sport works sometimes!! I’m super excited to get another chance to show my surfing when we get underway again! Big thanks and love to everyone that backs me, your support does not go unnoticed ❤️ @wsl by @oscarberry123
