After today, I’m never letting self doubt get in the way. Most of you know that I’ve been dealing with a prolonged hamstring injury which couldn’t completely heal because of training. I was super nervous about not being able to perform but today proved to me that I’m THAT GIRL. Sooo close to sub 4, I’ll take it!

Not a PR but a Great Squat Progression overload.
Trying to be like my girl @cranonnn

My legs were gassed bc of all the sets/reps I did beforehand. I’ll try again with fresher legs.

Walking in your purpose is simply doing with your life what God has created and destined for you to do.

Coaching is just that.

MEET THE TEAM SERIES

Osenat
Vice Run Captain
@osenikee

Where you’re from?
Seattle, Washington

When did you start ZFT?
I joined this amazing group during Covid. August, 2020.

Favorite three races:
Skyline
Pumpkin Spice
Big Tex Run

Why do you love ZFT?
I love that ZFT provides a space for people of color to work on their health and fitness through camaraderie. We all have similar goals and push each other to reach said goals. I also love that we are a FAMILY! We all come from different walks of life but at the end of the day, we have each other’s backs.

Favorite Run Quote

If you can run, run.
If you can walking, walk.
If you can crawl, crawl.
No matter what you do, just move.

Song: MANIFEST - AJ McQueen
