Spend a self care day with me on my off day!

My first appointment started at 8:15am. It was a well needed day.

Reminder to take care of you. 💕

I went to @ross to create this #ootd that I ended up wearing to a gospel concert to see @kirkfranklin for AAMU homecoming!

We are starting a new series called “Let It Go” ✨

I am reorganizing, redecorating, deep cleaning and redecorating my entire apartment space I no longer want to live in 🙃

We can prepare for our next chapter while taking care of the one we are in.

Follow along on this journey and save this video to come back to see part 2!

Thank you for watching!

Leave a recommendation in the comments on what I should add or change.

I can not choose out of alignment with what I’m trying to create.

I’m learning the difference between the person life created me to be to survive and the person beneath that.

Experiences don’t only sometimes hurt us but they teach us what to believe about the world around us.

My past shaped me but I am responsible for my own healing and what I choose to pass down.

Who will I become because of it? Greatness.

Devotion is continuing to behave in alignment with what you cannot yet physically prove.

You embody the vision by remaining devoted long enough that your identity, choices, and consciousness become aligned with what you saw.

Vision gives you a glimpse through imagination. Devotion translates the invisible to the visible.
