Through guided art practices, conversation, and intentional space-holding, this experience invites women, friends and family to slow down, create freely, and simply be.

No art experience is needed, only openness to the process.

Because each month will feature a different artist, theme, and experience, every Creative Healing Circle will carry its own unique energy and creative direction.

This monthly experience was designed to offer women a soft place to land through guided art, emotional wellness, creativity, and community connection.

No pressure. No perfection. Just presence.

And because every month will feature a different collaboration, theme, and artistic approach, no two circles will ever be the same.

Theresa did not only make it work with us but we all discovered new talents unlocked 🥂

A celebration of inspiring mothers and women surrounded by creativity, beauty and community. A morning this Mother’s Day we will never forget.

🔥 A Motivating Barre Workout Class hosted By @ksm.wellness Saturday 5/30 at 9am-11am
@karensmartinez__ will start us off with an incredible BARRE workout experience which will also include participation in the style swap, light breakfast snacks & of course…
Donations to @the_womensmovement are welcomed 💜

🔥 Join us once more @theheritagehq on Tuesday, 6/02 with the city of Phoenix to celebrate and support local businesses, and a special 6.02% discount may be spiraling in effect.

🔥 First Friday Indoor Art Walk & Market 6/5 at 6pm
You can participate in the free style swap or shop the rack real time. Come for the fashion stay for the community! We will have an incredible line up of artists, local businesses & brands ready to connect with you!

This will be a monthly, trauma‑informed gathering for women in the Phoenix community to explore emotional wellness through guided art practices.

Motherhood is the bridge between who we were and who we’re becoming. As I discover this more and more each day, I can only help but think who else feels like they constantly mourn who they used to be. For example, for me I like to capture moments to never forget. To never forget feelings, places and the people who bring the best version out of me.

Self discovery for me I’ve realized is a 10 year repeating path one journeys every decade. Uncover feelings for places and people you never previously perceived. Hold on to what matters to you and makes you feel special every way. Because this life is too short to never know how deep love can go 🪄📸🩷💐
