A staffroom designed to help staff relax, recharge and come together 💚💛

We recently completed this delivery and installation at St John’s CE Primary School in Bradford, transforming their staffroom with a beautiful collection of furniture and colours.

The space features an Evolve boardroom table, stylish tables, Reggie armchairs upholstered in gorgeous Era Timelapse green and comfortable two-seater sofas finished in Occasion fabric. The vibrant pops of green and yellow bring the entire room to life!

The school shared this wonderful feedback: “The finished result has completely transformed our staffroom into a place where staff genuinely enjoy spending time.”

A huge thank you to St John’s CE Primary School for choosing OSI and their incredibly kind words about Gemma, Steven and the wider team. We’re delighted to have created a welcoming space where your staff can relax, recharge and enjoy spending time together. ❤️

📚 CASE STUDY | Supporting focus through movement

Could the right classroom chair help pupils concentrate, self-regulate and remain ready to learn?

Croxteth Community Primary School completed a six-week, whole-class trial of our EN Rock Chairs with its Year 4 pupils. By giving every child access to gentle movement, the school created an inclusive solution without singling out those requiring additional sensory support.

The results were incredibly encouraging:

The proportion of pupils reporting maximum restlessness fell from 46% to 22%, while 70% improved or maintained a strong concentration score.

We were proud to support the school throughout the project.

A fantastic local transformation at Horizon Community College in Barnsley! ✨

We recently had the pleasure of furnishing the college’s new intervention space, creating a welcoming and versatile environment for focused learning, support and collaboration.

At the heart of the space are our impressive six-person high-back sofas, upholstered in a beautiful Era Signature fabric and finished with contrasting maple tabletops. Freestanding tables, colourful pod stools and Borough chairs with grey shells complete the room perfectly.

The college has made excellent use of the available space and if we may say so ourselves, it looks amazing!

🔴 AIR TUBES VS BUBBLE TUBES 🔵

Both can transform a SEND environment through captivating light, colour and movement—but what’s the difference?

Air Tubes use airflow to send colourful beads swirling through the tube. With no water required and minimal maintenance, they’re a practical choice for SEND classrooms, calming areas, healthcare environments and shared sensory spaces.

Bubble Tubes use moving bubbles and colour-changing light to create an immersive sensory experience. Interactive models can also encourage choice-making, communication and cause-and-effect learning.

Not sure which sensory tube is right for your space? Read our complete guide to discover the differences and find the best option for your needs:
