Turkey & Chicken Sausage Lasagna!

Been meaning to do a lasagna for a minute. I fumbled in the process video, but here's some food on a plate !

Ingredients:

Ground Turkey
Raw Chicken Sausage, de-cased
Ricotta, mozzarella, white cheddar, parmesan
Fresh parsley

I love when Sable fish starts popping up again.

Sable fish, white wine sauce, coconut braised leeks, baby potatoes, zucchini, tomato, shallots, kalamata olives, figs, with a charred lemon.

Seeing the fish filet get another boost of marketing gave me a craving.

But I can't ever order just one thing from McDonald's. I'll order fries and a sweet tea, both of which I don't need. 🫠🫠🫠

So yea, why not do it myself if I got the stuff?
