Big welcome to @oskarwrango 👏

Now repped by Immigrant in Scandinavia, Benelux and Brazil.📍

The Swedish filmmaker has built a signature around beautifully crafted and deeply intentional imagery that feels effortless, in all its clearly nordic sensibilities.

A long way from his early days documenting his juggling career, Oskar Wrangö’s style has made him rather a darling for atmospheric storytelling, with standout work for Volvo, Volkswagen, Polestar, H&M, McDonald’s and Sony.

→ Selected Work: H&M, Volkswagen, Västtrafik, McDonald’s, Polestar, Tui Friends, Swiss Ski.

Behind the music of Stockholm Exergi⚡️

Me and Andreas Pfannenstill (score composer) was digging deep in both drum’n’bass references aswell as new progressive jazz, before we found our trio of acoustic instruments that we thought matched our vision. First we did a pretty solid sketch of sampled instruments to find the right tempo and idea of the composition in general. After that we where lucky to invite double-bass player Niklas Fernqvist, drummer Hank Berggren and violinist Isabelle Andö to do their magic in the studio. The final result became outstanding. Personally I see this as a subtle homage to my heroes in Esbjörn Svensson Trio 🥰 by @oskarwrango
