if you told me i was going to syracuse when i was 16 i would've laughed in your face. if you told me me at 17 i was applying to cuse i would've said no. if you told me i was going to syracuse in april of 2020, i would've said no i'm going to udel. if you told me syracuse took me off the waitlist in may of 2020 i would've cried. if you told me when i was 18 that i'm bleeding orange forever i would've actually laughed in your face because "i hated syracuse". if you told me when i was 18, i was going to graduate from syracuse in a double major of history and political science i would said "no im going to be a bio major aiming to go to medical school." syracuse has truly changed my life and i am forever grateful that i met some of the best professors and friends that truly changed me. from freshman year to now, i never had a bad semester. from joining dphi in 2022 with my best friend to joining psp with 2 more of my best friends, i am so happy to have found multiple places that i can call home. syracuse has seen me go through all of my ups and downs, it has seen me move across the united states to california that i am happy to call home. it has seen me appreciate where i came from and all sides of me that i didn't love when i was a teenager. it has seen me loose my grandmother, who was one of my best friends and someone that never failed to make me laugh and smile no matter the occasion. syracuse, thank you for bringing the last four years of my life some of the most meaning and memorable experiences in my life. thank you syracuse for bringing me out of my introverted shell to now im basically an extrovert (gosh that's weird). now i get to spend the next two years here again, in my second home, because i actually can't leave this place that i've grown to love. see you in july cuse🧡🍊 by @osnapkiki
