"I didn't know how to dream any other way."

New episode out now! This week we're joined by ‘Supernatural’ actor, producer and entrepreneur - Osric Chau.

@osricchau talks about rarely seeing Asian actors as leads growing up, and why he believes games can give underrepresented creators new ways to tell their own stories. He also challenges entertainment's big-bet culture, and explains why limited resources can be an engine for innovation.

Turning 40 and reflecting on how drastically different my life looks compared with my nephews’, despite all our ages starting with a 4.

Looking through these photos, from baby cheeks to tired eyes, cringe selfies, and beautiful places, I am reminded that growing older is a strange and wonderful privilege.

It is easy to fixate on how we wish things had turned out differently, or on the things we have not accomplished yet. But turning 40 feels like a good time to appreciate what is here and channel the inevitable existential crisis into something productive.

The eyes are tired, the wrinkles are settling in, and the white hair is making its presence known.

As for my chosen midlife crisis, I figured a million pushups would be cheaper than a sports car. So back in February, I got started. Just crossed 37,000, only 963,000 to go. Hurrah for fitness goals.

I am beyond grateful for friends and family scattered across the globe. We may rarely see each other, but picking up exactly where we left off every time is one of life’s greatest gifts. Hurrah for friendship.

I am grateful, too, for every place I have seen, every version of myself I have outgrown, and every unexpected turn that brought me here.

They say your 40s are your most productive years yet. We will see about that. Either way, I guess this is happening. Hurrah for the lack of choices.

In all seriousness, thank you for the birthday love and for making this journey so worthwhile. Hurrah for you all. I appreciate every single one of you. ❤️ taken in New York City by @osricchau
