It’s made for your slow mornings, long walks through medieval streets, post-lunch naps after delicious local food and golden sunsets over the Umbrian valley. Very close to Rome or Florence, Assisi is the perfect excuse to slow down in between. Walk to the Basilica of Saint Francis, get lost among Assisi’s stone streets, climb up to Rocca Maggiore, then come back for a BBQ on the panoramic terrace and a well-earned glass of local wine. Un paio di settimane fa ci siamo detti“Ci facciamo una birra post lavoro?”Poi ci siamo guardati (intensamente) e ci siam fatti un’altra domanda: “Ma perché non la nostra?” 👀Alla fine ce la siamo fatta davvero.E l’abbiamo chiamata Birretta Bella.Ne abbiamo fatte due: una Pils senza glutine che si fa sentire e una Golden Ale super beverina. Non vi diremo quale scegliere.
