🔊 My first #Oszillina Solo #Album is out now! ✨️ Stepping out of the shadows of my studio and my beloved Facebook bubble to officially share this work took immense courage for me. It represents a milestone in my musical path, and it’s just the start of what’s to come . .. ... .... 🛸

"The Human Element" is a grateful reflection on the past years, capturing the essence of my finest live hardware synth sessions.

But the last track "Olympia" is my favorite dramatically work I composed for the #Nestroy price nominated theatre play "Anstoss" by Jakub Kavin. It's a new musical setting of Olympia's Aria from Jacques Offenbach's The Tales of Hoffmann, forming the dramatic finale of the four-hour dystopian play in which humans mutate into cyborgs.

May this journey find a home in your heart.

Thank you all for staying with me on this journey all these years.

Much love 🕊

#Oszillina

❗️EDIT: I will publish my album also on Bandcamp, soon. I keep you updated! ❗️

🎊 My first Album is coming soon! 🚀 Dear loyal friends of my music, exciting News: I heeded the call “the world needs more LiNA” (Thank you, Chris Mick) and will soon be releasing my first OSZILLiNA album “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁” ✨️

After many years of publishing my live #synthesizer composing sessions on Facebook, it was time for me to take a step further on my own path.

“The Human Element” marks a deeply personal journey of life, trusting my intuition and my machines on a musical path that is uniquely mine.

Seven emotional, elegiac, atmospheric, polyphonic soundart compositions I created and recorded in real-time on my hardware synths from #Polyevolver, #Andromeda A6 and #Waldorf #Iridium to #DeackardsDream without a PC and brought into a suitable form for this album.

All from the depth of my heart, with the human element between all the machines that I always want to breathe.

But before I invite you to get lost in my sound worlds, I wanted to share the visual soul of this project: the cover art I made that captures the personal essence of what’s to come. No Ai, just me and my photos. Like just me and my synths. Not perfect, but real. Human.

I'll keep you updated about the release date.

Much love & a beautiful musical weekend!

🖤🎶

🎙#Interview for @das_synmag ◾️ Ever since our first lovely encounter at Superbooth 2019, we had the privilege of stepping into his world, witnessing firsthand where it all started and experiencing his first steps with his early synthesizers up close.

Now, this brilliant #synth engineer from #Austria opens his doors for us once more to give me a very personal look into his remarkable, non-linear path of life.

You can read the home story exclusively in the issue after next of #SynMag!

🤙 So guys, who knows who I'm visiting?

Wish y'all a happy weekend 🖤🎛🪄

🖤 Thank y'all for your lovely feedback and messages here, but especially on Facebook, for my first video after my tendon rupture. Losing the full use of a finger for months as a piano and synth player is definitely no walk in the park.

But the continous support of so many empathetic humans got me through this and truly warmed my heart❤️‍🔥 I feel loved and lucky to have you guys in my corner!

Wishing everyone a beautiful weekend! 🎶

🎹 First finger exercises (also with my handicapped one), as promised a sound snippet. A spontaneous #live #improvisation with my new #Nord Electro 6D #piano and a delay unit hooked up to it.

And some quick and dirty created drones from my #Waldorf #Iridium and #Polyevolver in the background.

The touch sensitivity and feel of the Nord are just fantastic, like playing a grand piano. Fits perfect to me, I love it ❤️

📱Just a little smartphone snippet that captures the flow . .. ... .

As always no DAW, no presets, no preparation. All live composed.

Not perfect, but real. Just me.

🚨 Ta-dah!! I'm letting you in the secret now: please welcome my new stage piano, the #Nord Electro 6D! 🎹🟥

As you know, the (e)piano plays a central role in my elegiac music. The Nord Electro 6D gives me these beautifully realistic piano and E-Piano sounds like my beloved #Rhodes and Wurlitzer with a semi-wighted, wonderful playable keyboard!

Yes, the studio still looks a bit chaotic and we need to do some rewiring, but soon I'll be playing for you as best as I can with my hand still recovering. Good things take time 🖖

Wishing y'all a happy & sunny weekend, dears!

Love
💋🖤

🎬🎛 New #synthesizer live video 🎛 In this little snippet you can watch me recording a sweeping drone pad on the #WaldorfIridium keyboard, a subtle, quiet Rhodes piano track line on the CK61, and some ‘stardust’ sprinkled over the top using my beloved Dave Smith #Polyevolver.

This composition I create for someone very important in my life who went to the stars last year ...

🌌 It is a hypnotic ten-minute voyage that starts with quiet restraint, gradually descending into deeper, richer, and more intricate dimensions, only to softly dissolve into the vastness of the cosmos by the end ..... .... ... .. .

📺 You can see and hear the full 10-minute video of the complete track on my Facebook page /Oszillina.

Because I unfortunately only have two hands, I had to pre-record the bass drum using the Roland TR-8, as well as a hand-played accompanying melody using the Deckard’sDream and the Prophet12.

As always 96 kHz/24-bit.

🎧 So put on your headphones, close your eyes and fly with me! 🛸

🛸 Yeah, back in the lab! Two weeks immersed in Lisbon's vibrant art, music and culture did wonders: Mind cleared, energy restored, healing of my injured finger continued and the creative spark is back! ✨️

🟥 And ... beside all that blue, there’s also a ‘red’ new addition to the studio, which I’ll be introducing to you shortly . .. ... ....
