Some exercises I love that focus on upper extremity stability/mobility while transitioning into and out of floor work! Having a good base of support during floor work will help prevent injuries and allow dancers to safely perform complex floor work! #occupationaltherapy #dance #floorwork #ot by @ot.nataliez
