Following the 2025 release of their EP ‘Fire! To The River’, Otala will reveal the culmination of a year’s development and transition on the 22nd April 2026 - “Better Than The End”.
A band often defined by their rejection of genre limitations, Better Than The End acts as a fresh and unique branch on the ever expanding tree of Otala’s musicality, tumbling from syrupy harmonies into deep, swelling post-rock crescendos with grace. From the immediacy of the opening track, A Chase, to the sprawling odyssey of the two part Lord Only Knows, Better Than The End refuses to pull a punch.

You would be forgiven for thinking that Uncle Junior are new to the game, but despite their baby shoes, they have been honing their craft in various bedrooms since the age of 13. Growing up on a diet of punk and noise, the trio have matured into a powerful, melody-driven rock sphere, without forgetting the flavours of the past.
Upon arrival to London in March 2025, Uncle Junior got stuck straight in. With a Crack Magazine rising feature and support slots for the likes of Sorry, Alien Chicks, Adult DVD, and PISS under their belts, they have set the ambitious tone of what’s to come.

Barbican, a Bristol based post-punk quintet, channels the influence of CAN, Leonard Cohen and The Fall into a powerful sonic experience characterised by hypnotic riffs and Motorik drumbeats. Their angry, poetic vocals and dynamic soundscapes create a transportive and theatrical live show, often compared to the high energy performances of Fugazi and Rage Against the Machine. With a compelling mix of audio spectacle and social commentary, Barbican delivers memorable hooks and an unforgettable presence that captivates and engages audiences.

Our latest single My Old House is out in the world!

It is accompanied by a hand drawn animation by Charlotte so go watch that on our YouTube now, this is just a little snippet.
Originally called clarinet song because Charlotte got one from the charity shop and wanted to try it on a song. It also features Rory on some slide guitar and piano, as well as all of us on our usual instruments :)
