Right before the cool gives in to the warmth... by @otbmediastudio

Beauty. by @otbmediastudio

“Maybe in another life…”

No.

Stop waiting.

Use this one.

Right here.

Right now.

Because someday, all we’ll have left are the memories we made, the chances we took, and the moments we allowed ourselves to truly LIVE.

So take the picture.
Take the chance.
Invest in your dreams.
Book the trip.
Travel somewhere new.
Try the food.
Laugh until you cry.
Cry until you can laugh again.
Love fully, even when it’s scary.
Smile often.
Watch the scary movie.
Read the book.
Dance when there’s no music.
Sing loud, even if you can’t carry a tune.
Tell people you love them.
Say yes to new experiences.
Say no to things that steal your peace.
Make the memories.
Celebrate the little things, not just the “big” ones.
And wear the damn boots.

Life is too short to spend it waiting for the perfect time, the perfect circumstances, or the perfect version of yourself.

Not everything has to be productive.
Not every decision has to make sense to everyone else.
Not every experience needs to serve some greater purpose.

Sometimes the purpose is simply to enjoy being alive.

There is so much beauty in the ordinary moments we tend to overlook while chasing the extraordinary ones.

And I don’t want to get so caught up in building a life that I forget to actually LIVE it.

So here’s your reminder, and mine:

Don’t save the good stuff for another lifetime, or only the “big” moments.

Life happens in all the little moments building up to@the big ones.

This is the one life we get. Make it a beautiful one.

Jeff has been one of my biggest cheerleaders through this entire journey — while also being one of the people who will always give me the honest feedback I need, whether I want to hear it or not.

He’s kept me grounded, pushed me to believe I’m capable of more.

Having you here for my first Olympia means more than you know.

Grateful for the people who have been part of the journey long before the big moments happened.

Thanks for always being in my corner, Jeff.

We made it to the O.

Soooo glad you have finally landed ✈️

Everyone sees the stage, the lights, the pictures, the trophies.

But this man knows what it took to get here.

The doubt. The heartbreak. The exhaustion. The losses. The days I questioned myself — and the days I needed someone else to believe in me a little harder.

Johnny has been there for all of it.

Pushing me. Spotting me. Posing me. Grounding me. Giving me tough love when I absolutely didn’t want it 😂 and throwing me a rope when I needed one.

He’s made sacrifices right alongside me and never once asked me to make my dreams smaller.

My name may be on the qualification, and I may be the one walking onto that Olympia stage…

But WE got here.

There is a piece of you in everything I’ve accomplished.

Thank you for being the man behind so many of the moments no one else gets to see.

We did it

We’re here

Caught in our natural habitat.

Mid-meal. Completely unbothered. Absolutely thriving.

Some girls bond over cocktails…

Brit and I apparently bond over food. 💀

Honestly, this may be our happiest place- only would be happier if that was a burger LOL

Just two girls doing what they do best: eating.

In the kitchen… where all the magic happens.

Because the physique might be built in the gym—but it’s revealed by what happens right here.

Meal after meal.
Prep after prep.
Day after day.

Nothing glamorous. Just consistency, discipline, and a whole lotta Tupperware and ziplock bags.

If you don’t have friends who will absolutely DRILL their elbows into your knots until you’re questioning the entire friendship…

Get new friends.

Because apparently friendship is:
“Love you”
followed immediately by
“DON’T MOVE. I FOUND IT.”
Is a love language

What a crew #olympia

@dotcomashley133 by @otbmediastudio

My crew.
My people.

The ones who make the big moments feel even bigger… and the little moments somehow become the ones you remember most.

Laying in bed laughing until our stomachs hurt.
Smiling and being ridiculous between sets at the gym.
The inside jokes. The chaos. The conversations. The moments that will never make the highlight reel.

This journey has given me so much—but getting to share it with people I love is what makes it special.

Because years from now, I know I won’t just remember the stage, the placings, or the trophies.

I’ll remember this.
The laughs.
The love.
The people beside me through it all.

My crew.
My people.
Thank you for making these memories so damn special.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words… ✨

So I’ll let these speak for themselves.

Here’s to Monday of OLYMPIA WEEK.

A day filled with moments I want to remember.
A week I’ve dreamed about for years.
And a version of myself I had to fight like hell to become.

Trying not to rush through any of it.
Just soaking it in. Being present. And realizing…

I’m actually here.

Monday of my very first Olympia week — one for the books.
