Trained under Ustad Muhammad Yusuf, his voice carries a rich musical lineage while remaining unmistakably his own. From “Pere Pawandi Saan” to recent hit at Lahooti’s Otherwise event “O Jani Kamal Tho Karin,” Larkano sang, swayed and celebrated every note of Sindhi Music with Tahir Mithu.

What is Lahooti Melo?

Lahooti Melo is a travelling festival that brings folk and mainstream culture onto a shared stage.

Since 2016, Melo has brought folk musicians, contemporary artists, thinkers, craftspeople and audiences together, creating a space where traditions often pushed to the margins are experienced as part of the cultural mainstream.
