My fellow hosts ladies and gentlemen…

After a reasonably stressful Monday morning where I dodged death in a near airline disaster, my flight was cancelled and with it my appearance alongside the boys at the live @highperformance.racing show in NYC. The word is that @jakehumphrey orchestrated the whole bird strike on the runway in order that he wouldn’t have to share the fee with me.

Hence given the fact that I wasn’t there to keep a lid on things and ensure that it all ran smoothly this is the state they got into. This was pre show by the way. My suspicion is that there will have been a lot more swearing on this show given that I wasn’t there to keep it in check.

(There may be some embellishments in the above. I’m only going on what @willoc29 the producer told me and he’s a born lier so it might all be made up)

…Well done @jakehumphrey and @otmarf1 and the UK and US crew. You’ll have smashed it out the park as usual.
