HANDS & MEMORIES #01
INDIGO

An evening of natural indigo, slow craft, and making things together with beautiful wines🫆🧚‍♂️

Led by Tereza @tereza.nesnidalova , a natural indigo artist working with traditional Japanese dyeing techniques and slow, material-based craft.

Supported by kyu camera @kyu_japan

We’ll explore natural indigo dyeing through folding, tying, and dyeing by hand.

Bring your own tee, tote bag, or something to dye and turn it into a one-of-a-kind indigo piece.

🌀A few notes 🧤
☑︎ To keep the indigo vat healthy and make sure everyone gets a chance to dye, please avoid bringing heavy items like jeans, jackets, or blankets.

☑︎ We recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting a little stained.

☑︎ Natural fibres only
Cotton, linen, or hemp are best. Silk and wool are also possible, but may react differently because of the iron used in the indigo process.

We’ll be sharing beautiful natural wines by Annamária Réka Koncz, from a small organic winery in Barabás, Hungary.
