Freshly cooked dinner, ocean views, and a yacht.

Why leave the boat for dinner when the chef can bring the restaurant experience to you?

Fresh ingredients. Cooked right on board. Served hot while you enjoy the view. This is what private dining is supposed to feel like.

Who are you bringing to dinner on the water?

On July 17th, 2019 I had $0.22 to my name and not a pot to piss in. I didn’t have any purpose in life and honestly didn’t care whether I was alive or dead. I finally gave in and changed my life around. This post isn’t a “look at me” post. It’s directed to those that have that same feeling and also to those who went through this feeling and got out of it! Let’s let people know anything is possible! 🔪

All gas no brakes. The job ain’t finished till it’s finished!

No matter what your goal, business or interest. If you are gonna start something be prepared to push through all the bullshit and nay sayers.

The only way you lose is if you give up. by @otscatering

You don’t have to be the biggest name in the industry to make the biggest impact. 🔥👨‍🍳

As a chef and business owner, I’ve learned that quality, consistency, customer service, and unforgettable experiences will always speak louder than popularity.

Whether it’s private chef services, catering events, or meal prep, my goal stays the same: deliver an experience people will remember.

Build a reputation, not just a following. 💯

Business owners, do you agree? 👇

This is a marathon not a sprint 🔪 I don’t think I’ve ever met a business owner or entrepreneur who didn’t tell me they put at least 5 years of grind in before something popped off 🔪🔥
