Most people compare screens by diagonal size alone—but that's the wrong way to evaluate a CinemaScope screen.

To understand the real difference between 16:9 and 2.35:1, compare the room dimensions with the screen's actual width and height.

A CinemaScope screen utilizes the room's width far more effectively, creating a significantly larger and more immersive cinematic experience—just like a premium movie theatre.

Comparison of a 16:9 Screen vs a 2.35:1 CinemaScope Curved Screen

16:9 150" screen with slight ambient light to make the black bars visible

2.35:1 136" screen without ambient light, as there are no black bars to see

Create a premium Home Cinema experience with CinemaScope screens using an Ultrawide Anamorphic lens.
