It’s release day at the raghoul office!

The Moroccan producer Archidi and his six partners in crime (Blackbat.link, Sainte Marina, ouædie, Masha Zoetrop, Maniaque Nocturne & Kemetik) bring us the five-track body of work, Angle Mort.

We are grateful for the trust put in us by each and every one of you as we continue to navigate the vast oceans of this increasingly horrid world. In solidarity with the Palestinian people, this EP is made available on all streaming platforms except for Spotify.

Please don’t take your eyes off Sudan, stay informed about what’s happening in Gaza and the West Bank, and boycott as much as you can.

From the world to Casablanca, back to the world.

Track Five : Points in Time

This was the first track intentionally produced for the EP and served as a foundation for the instruments and textures across the entire project.

It holds a special place as my favorite, because it feels like a snapshot of who I am right now. by @ouaedie

Track Three : Brücken

The title references Sebastian Stumpf’s absurd video artwork (2011), where he disrupts life’s boring regularity by casually jumping off bridges in plain sight. https://youtu.be/O0JgJUAwtes?si=wiZ023bktRBLicGG (unlisted, only watchable via link or a paid visit to the museum it’s projected at) by @ouaedie

Track One : Birth

Originally produced in 2022, Birth kept its name unaltered, as it felt like the beginning of an EP/Album.

For 3 years, it felt rather incomplete, until Vee, @4sm4a_ , came along and laid her soulful voice on this ambient/orchestral piece.
