The love I have for you is unconditional! Man!! We went half on a BABY SIR AND SHES ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! All of our kids are because they have some part of you 💜Thank you for making me a mommy, thank you for being the best father you can be! Thank you for teaching and supporting our children, whether right or wrong. Thank you for making a sacrifice to better our family! Thank you for all that you do on a daily! With little to no complaints. I wouldn’t be the mother I am, without you and I can’t thank you enough.

🔥 TONIGHT’S THE NIGHT! 🔥

Success isn’t just about working hard… it’s about getting the right ACCESS.

Tonight at 7:00 PM, our students are connecting with Mr. Anderson for Week 5 of From the Block to the Boardroom.

💼 Theme: Access Changes Trajectory

We’ll be diving into:
🏡 Real Estate Basics
📈 Building Equity
📝 Understanding Contracts
⚖️ Knowing Your Rights
🔑 Why Ownership Matters

One conversation. One opportunity. One lesson can change the direction of a young person’s life.

As we always say…
“Exposure expands belief.”

We’re not just preparing students for jobs—we’re preparing them for ownership, leadership, and generational success.

💰 Week 3 is Here! 💰

This week, From the Block to the Boardroom is diving into one of life’s most important skills: financial literacy.

Our facilitator, Mrs. Diamond Curtis, will be leading an interactive session centered around this week’s theme:

“Money Is a Tool, Not a Mystery.”

Our youth will learn:
💳 The difference between checking and savings accounts.
📈 What credit is and how it works.
💵 How interest can help—or hurt—their financial future.
📊 How to build and manage a simple monthly budget.

As we remind our students:
“If you don’t understand money, someone else controls it.”

Our mission is to equip the next generation with the knowledge and confidence to make smart financial decisions, build wealth, and create opportunities for themselves and their families.

We’re excited to continue investing in our youth—one lesson at a time!

🔥 WEEK 2 – IN-PERSON SESSION 🔥
🗣️ “How I Speak Determines Access”

Tomorrow we continue building real-world communication skills that open real-world doors.

Join us for an impactful session led by Ms. Erica Barnes as we dive into how communication shapes opportunity, access, and first impressions.

🗓️ Tomorrow
🕡 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

💡 This Week’s Focus:

* How opportunities are often decided within the first 60 seconds
* Understanding that communication is about navigating rooms, not changing who you are
* Knowing when to speak casual vs. professional

🎯 Activity Highlight: “Casual vs. Professional”
We’ll break down real examples of how the same message can change your outcome depending on how it’s delivered.

🧍🏽‍♂️ Body Language Drill:
Step up and introduce yourself like you’re in a job interview.

We’re coaching:
✔️ Eye contact
✔️ Firm handshake
✔️ Clear voice
✔️ No filler words

Growth happens through practice — and confidence is built through repetition.

It takes a village… and we’re building one 🤎

Our From the Block to the Boardroom pilot program is here to pour into our youth through mentorship, life skills, and real-world exposure.

If you know a youth between ages 14-21, who needs direction, support, or opportunity ✨ please connect them with us.

And if nothing else, share this. That alone could change someone’s path.

This is bigger than a program!! this is purpose 🤎✨
