Designed in collaboration with Berlin-based architecture studio VAUST, led by Joern von Scheipers and David Kosock, the space reflects the Ounass identity through a refined brutalist lens - balancing sculptural forms, raw textures, and a modular design that can be continuously tailored and reimagined with every new experience.

"The project combines brutalist materiality with a more refined and contemporary spatial atmosphere. It references the rawness of Berlin as a city and industrial spaces while responding to the precision and intensity of Dubai."

صُمّمَ هذا المكان بالتعاون مع استوديو الهندسة المعمارية " فاوست "، الذي يتّخذ من برلين مقرًّا له، بقيادة يورن فون شايبرز ودافيد كوسوك، ليعكس هُويّة أُناس في أسلوب العمارة البروتاليست، بين الأشكال النحتية، الملمس الخام والتصميم المعياري والإبداعي الذي يمكن تكييفه وإعادة تصوّره مع كلّ تجربة جديدة.

"يجمع أُناس ستيج بين الطابع المادي للطراز البروتاليستي لكن مع توجّهٍ نحو العصرية والرقيّ أكثر. أخذ الطابع الخام لمدينة برلين وللمساحات الصناعية ليتماشى مع الدقة والحيوية التي تتميّز بها دبي."
