A little late, but since Pride Parade will fill the streets of Copenhagen today, I wanted to share my first Parade, which took place in Malmö, Sweden.

I've been to Pride before, but never been a part of the Parade itself. Met with old friends and made new ones ❤️.

It started with me getting stickers from lovely @stinksquirrel , lots of them 😅.

I wanted to decorate the blank pages of my sketchbook. At the same time I had just tried out a sharpie acrylic marker and got myself a box with ten different colors. Tested to do some doodles matching the sticker before me and I was soon consumed by this new idea.

I fell in love with creating a sort of background story to every individual sticker 💗.

Hamburgs' run 😊.
Beautiful botanical park with many different gardens, places to relax, read, mini cafés, playigrounds for the kids and much more. Totally recommend it for a visit ☺️.

Sibling trip to Stockholm to see @acidbath.official @queensofthestoneage @systemofadown . I was so excited to finally see Acid Bath touring Europe for the first time in ages. It was for you guys that we bought the ticket 😝.

And what can I say, amazing performance by SOAD. So many songs that took me back to my teens, before we left Chile and moved to Sweden. You guys were incredible. I cried like a kid during "Lonely Day" and moshed like there was no tomorrow with everything else. My biggest circle pit ever and my first Wall of Death.

Thanks for the memories 🖤.

And who the hell was the guy dressed as a chicken, you may wonder 😂. Bachelor party during the hottest weekend so far, 32°C.

And we had a little pre party at @gamlaenskedebryggeri . Awesome bands, or well... the 1 and a half we got to see. And we met awesome people from Uruguay 😁.

Last but jot least, thank you Jonas and Siri for letting us stay at your home during our visit. You rock.

Picking up both pace and distance after 1 and a half years physiotherapy because of an inflammation in my left hamstring pelvic attachment.
Literally a pain in the ass 😑.

Getting slowy better though 🙌🏼.

Now, to the next step. To start a half marathon training plan so I can enjoy @cphhalf this September 🤩.

I ran my first half ever in Copenhagen, 2022.
Back to the roots, babe 😎.

It wasn't a dream 🥰.
Still reminiscing Saturday's adventure and discovering new bruises and cuts 😂😁.

I know now what I really have to train more and get better at. For now, continuing with physiotherapy and running. Strengthtraining will have to wait until my right shoulder gets better. I overworked it during a bouldering session 2 weeks before the race 😅.

Last article from @penstore Christimas Calendar 2021.
A white Sakura gelly roll pen. It immediately made me think of spots.

For this to work I was going to need coloured paper. Thanks for providing 😘 @stinksquirrel

I've always loved whale sharks, the sea's gentle giants 💙. They felt like the perfect subject 😊.

Once again time was scarse 😅.
I bought myself a Christmas calendar from @penstore Different pens, pencils, crayons, paint and other artsy materials 😁.

Here I've shared what I've done so far 😊.
Now to the next material. Blue acrylic paint.
It will be my second time ever to use acrylic paint. The first one was patineting the Christmas sphere shown in this reel.

Contrast. From 34°C to 1°C.
From shorts and sports bra to long tights, tshirt, long sleeve shirt and jacket plus headband 😁. I really missed the cold, I am certainly not made for temperatures above 25°C 😌.

Benchmark run. Beginning a new 10 K programme and when finished starting a half marathon programme to get ready to run Copenhagen's Half Marathon World Championships 💓.

Still injured in my left hamstring though. I really need to get in contact with my physiotherapist again 🫠, but there is always something getting in the way 😅...
