This umbrella side table might be one of the smartest patio finds I’ve added to our deck. @wayfair

It hides the umbrella base and gives you extra table space, which makes everything feel so much more elevated and pulled together without taking up extra room.

The ribbed detail + matte black finish give it that designer look I’m always drawn to 🤍

A room refresh, rooted in nature. 🌿

Sometimes one detail is all it takes to make a space feel more finished. I added the NYBG Botanical Leaf Roman Shades from @selectblinds , and I love how much warmth, pattern, and softness they bring to this room.

The delicate botanical print feels timeless and collected, and the soft celadon tones pair beautifully with my neutral drapery. I especially love how the pattern comes to life when the natural light filters through.

Installation was easy, and the transformation was almost instant. Functional for everyday living while giving the window that elevated, designer feel I love.

Gloomy, rainy weekends were made for staying in. Candles lit, fall florals on the table, and nowhere I’d rather be than home. There’s just something about a cozy house on a rainy day. 🤎

Are you team stay home & get cozy or get out even when it rains?

There’s something about that early fall light that makes home feel a little extra cozy. 🍂🤎

The wreath is up, the mums are blooming, and the warm layers are slowly making their way back in. Fall at home might just be my favorite.

Swipe left for all the cozy corners… and, of course, a little cat content because they clearly understood the assignment.

I’ve always believed there’s a little magic in making a house feel like home. So when @wayfair sent over pieces inspired by Practical Magic 2 for our home… you already know I was ALL IN. 🕯️🔮

Candlelight, cozy layers, vintage-inspired details, and just enough moody fall energy to make it feel like the Owens sisters could walk through the door at any moment.

Consider this your sign to romanticize your home this fall. 🖤

And now we wait… PracticalMagic2 hits theaters September 10th! Who else has been waiting YEARS for this sequel?! 👀👇

New wallpaper, new mood 🤎

I loved this room before, but something about it just felt like it needed a change. And apparently, this wallpaper is everything I’d hope for!

The moody floral pattern brought in so much warmth, character, and that collected, traditional feel I’ve been wanting. Paired with the board and batten and warm wood tones… this room needed THIS.

Want the wallpaper link? Comment “WALLPAPER” and I’ll send it your way.

What do you think of the change?

Let’s take a moment for this coffee table 🤎

The rich wood tone, beautiful wood grain and fluted detailing are even better in person. It has that timeless, designer look I love while still feeling warm and cozy in our living room. And of course, I loved it so much I had to get the matching console table too. 🤭

Another Wayfair @wayfair find that did not disappoint!

The prettiest autumn-brown hydrangeas 🤎

I’ll always love florals that make a space feel warm, collected, and effortlessly cozy. These faux hydrangeas from @afloral look incredibly realistic, and their rich, faded tones are perfect for transitioning our home into fall.

Proof you can find an affordable, quality arched cabinet that looks high-end without the high-end price tag.

This @wayfair find completely elevated this space. The arched detail, beautiful storage, and built-in lighting give it such a high-end designer look for less. And yes—the light is included!
