When I look at the sky and th sunset, it reminds me of the way we should also look at life. Apply the " principle of expansion " or growth to our own life experiences. .There can be no sunrise without a sunset, and in that sense, one does not exist without the other. Similar to that, there can be no joys without sorrow in our lives. .When one door is closed, another one opens for us. Wild and calm. Chaotic and beautiful. Bold and soft. .The sea has its contradictions. And, for as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the push and pull of it..From embracing the joys of wild swimming and overcoming panick while surfing to my rehabilitation through water therapy and evenings spent watching sunsets over the ocean, blue spaces have helped me heal and grow. .In many ways, the sea is a metaphor for our life experiences; the ups and downs and ebbs and flows. The Helix Park is the Home of The Kelpies - the largest equine sculptures in the world.
