Good morning all, here’s just one Sunday still of @ollyholmess bedroom, he’s coming home today for two days before going back on tour, and we can’t wait 😛

Probably the tidiest room in the house currently although it won’t be by tomorrow 😂

We are so upside down at the moment, we’ve spent most of our week in the Moho on the drive or in the Cow Shed, missing cozy evenings in front of the fire but I know the current upheaval will be worth it!

Looking forward to going out for a roast later 😍

Hope you all have a lovely Sunday xx

A perfect end to my week off getting a few days away in the Moho, long walks including the 1 in 25 hike up to The White Horse…. well worth it though the views were so beautiful.

Can’t believe how lucky we were with the weather for October 😎

We enjoyed a little cheese and wine party and a few games of cards🍷🃏

We also had a lovely meal at the Crab & Lobster in Assemby 🦀🦞

Back home today to the upheaval of our kitchen reno 🔨

Happy Monday xx

Looking forward to just having a week off jobbing at home, spending time on things I need to finish and some lovely dog walks with Louie and Clem.

I can’t remember the last time I took a week off to not go on holiday and just stay home and just looking forward to being at home 🏡

Happy Monday xx

Outdoor cooking for the foreseeable…..and so thankful that we have somewhere to cook given our new kitchen will not be ready until December (and that’s if nothing goes wrong!)

Busy weekend a head still trying to get rid of the dust, everywhere feels upside down!

Happy Saturday all xx

A weekend was had ❤️

Treated like a princess 👸 thanks to @ollyholmess 💙

Fond memories returning to Disneyland Paris and new ones made including getting my hair fast on the Avengers ride, I nearly came off with a bob 😂

We have laughed so much and loved doing all the rides, I think the Tower of Terror is still my fave 🖤

Loved the Halloween theme around the park 🎃

Anyway back home now to the reality of my walls and kitchen knocked out, plenty of cleaning to get done today!

Happy Monday xx

13 weeks to Christmas Day…and works are underway.

I am blaming the lovely summer for the delays, due to enjoying the garden too much to get work done, it’s all systems go though now, feeling a little guilty that I’m in Paris for the weekend with my youngest son and not home to supervise 🇫🇷

Happy Friday all xx by @ourupsidedownbarn

The Vision

Versus…

The Reality!

After numerous sample pots, settled on a Farrow and Ball shaded white for the bottom panels but once the enchanted leaf wallpaper was on the paint looked a hint of green and I can’t un see it!

So this week we have ordered vintage cream eggshell paint from @lucieannabelhome to match the vintage cream enchanted leaf wallpaper, not sure why I didn’t do this first time round!!

Are you with me on the hint of green in pic 4? by @ourupsidedownbarn
