Do you not have family nearby? Or are you simply in need of a warm meal this holiday season? Regardless of your situation, Venture Seattle wants to invite you to spend Thanksgiving in community. This Thanksgiving Day, we will be hosting a home cooked meal in the comfort of our very own church building from 6-8pm. Anyone is welcome, so please join us! We promise there will be warm food and joy shared. The link to register and find more information is in our bio. by @ourventureseattle
When we compromise our devotion, our worship is cheapened. What is the 1% that you’re allowing to keep you from being fully devoted to the life God has for you? What has God called you to that you’re allowing fear, discouragement, or compromise to hold you back from? Don’t let the enemy keep you from walking in purpose and discovering God’s best for your life. God is working even when you can’t see it, and your next step of obedience matters. #seattlechurch #ballardchurch #seattlechurchplant #ballardseattle #seattlecommunity by @ourventureseattle
October is Pastor Appreciation Month! We are so grateful to have incredible individuals leading the way for us here at Venture Seattle. Want to show them some love? We have a couple different ways you can do that: • Grab a thank you card in the lobby after Sunday and write to a pastor (or pastors), telling them what they mean to you • Record a short video explaining how they’ve impacted your life— link in bio • Participate in our special one-time offering on 10/18, dedicated to give back directly to those who lead our church Join us this month in honoring & celebrating the people who make Venture a place that feels like home! by @ourventureseattle

Life with Jesus isn’t always comfortable, but the Bible shows us it is worth it. Last Sunday, Pastor Tony walked us through the beginning chapters of Ezra where he reminded us that God’s best for our lives is on the other side of fear, anxiety, and our comfortability. Where is God asking you to take a risk with your faith today? What if we fail? What if it doesn’t work out? Do it afraid. Do it uncertain. Do it uncomfortable. God goes with you every time. #seattlechurch #ballardchurch #seattlechurchplant #seattlecommunity #ballardseattle by @ourventureseattle
