Inspired by the viral The Anti-Ableism Series on TikTok, The Anti-Ableist Manifesto is @diversability founder Tiffany Yu’s revelatory examination of disability for any ally to go beyond mere awareness to be an active anti-ableist and help form a more equitable society for all.

Tiffany the CEO & Founder of Diversability, a 3x TEDx speaker, and the author of The Anti-Ableist Manifesto: Smashing Stereotypes, Forging Change, and Building a Disability-Inclusive World. She started her career at Goldman Sachs and was named to the 2025 Forbes Accessibility 100 List. At the age of 9, Tiffany became disabled as a result of a car accident that also took the life of her father.

I was invited to present the Keynote speech for The College of New Jersey’s School of Education’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Committee event. I was attending the Cities of Inclusion Summit on the same day as the TCNJ event on October 8th, so they let me record a video of my speech. It is under 15 minutes long. The 2026 Cities of Inclusion-Philadelphia Disability Summit kicks off today the Convention Center in Philadelphia.

I am honored to share that I was asked to be on the planning committee for the Self-Advocacy Planning team.

Today the summit kicks off with Empathy Tech. Where we will learn about the latest in adaptive and inclusive technology. (So when I show up with the latest and greatest, we will all just look away 😁)

I was asked to put together a compilation of a few of my podcast episodes that highlight self advocacy, that will be shown during one of the sessions tomorrow.

I am also moderating a panel discussion with disabled authors.

Tomorrow, in addition to self advocacy, there will also be sessions centered on families and caregiving, employment, healthcare, education, housing, access to information and services.

A NEW Inclusive Playground is open in Moorestown!

Moorestown Township is celebrating the opening of the Full Throttle Inclusive Playground at Wesley Bishop Fields, and I wanted to share this one because the story behind it is just as meaningful as the playground itself.

This is Moorestown’s first all-abilities playground, named in honor of Jack Hannon, a Moorestown boy remembered for his love of sports, his energy, and his “full throttle” approach to life.

Jack’s parents, helped create this playground in his memory, with the hope that every child would have a place where they feel welcome, included, and able to play together. Address in the comments below taken in Moorestown, New Jersey by @ourview4life25

I wanted to share this video with you all. It shows the adaptive features of the pants and shoes that I wore on the runway. This is my first time wearing adaptive clothing.

If you know me outside of social media, for the longest time, I have always had to wear heavy leather boots, 4 seasons out of the year, because they can hold up to the hard metal and plastic that are on my braces that would tear through other shoes, and sneakers would slide off my foot, because of my braces, so they were never an option for me.

Thanks to @billyfootwear , I have found a shoe that works perfectly for me and my next purchase will be a shoe rack, because Arthur needs a new pair of shoes! 😁

Also, I typically get pants that are a size or two larger in the waist, so that there’s extra space in the thigh area to accommodate the width of my leg braces. These pants by @bettermestore take away that issue!

Thank you all for your love and support as I shared my runway experience this week. I am still riding on a cloud from my first Runway experience. Reliving the feeling the love and excitement from that day all of the friendships made, and the enthusiasm that filled the room, and now taking in all of the kind messages I have received from all of you. Yesterday was the day!! I made my runway debut as a feature model in the Runway of Dreams Foundation Runway show for New York Fashion Week. Please be sure to follow all of those tagged in this post.

I am always thankful that I get to share these experiences with my mom right by my side, cheering me on the loudest. Only last night, she sat next to a gentleman whose wife, Mindy founded the Runway of Dreams Foundation. As you will hear in the first video, he was yelling my name so loud the entire time I was on the runway, all I could think was “Don’t fall off the side of the stage, and who the hell is that yelling my name like that?”

The energy from the crowd was incredible!!

I never imagined that I would ever be on a runway, modeling clothes that were made with me in mind. I am still trying to find the words to describe this experience. All I could say is that, I am overflowing with gratitude. For all of the love and support from all of you, my family and friends who have been waiting, anticipating this day since I shared the news a few weeks ago.

Gratitude for the team of people who organized the event yesterday, and the volunteers who were with us all day, shout out of my new friend Alana, she’s great! I have the opportunity to meet two guests for my podcast in person for the first time as well.

The best advice we were given was to be ourselves, and to let our personality shine, and that is exactly what I tried to do!
