Reminder: if doing it all alone feels like too much, it’s probably because it is. ✨ True community takes effort, but it pays off in a deep, necessary sense of belonging. And if you’re struggling to find your people, keep going. They’re out there. #OurWellWisdom by @ourwellco

We’re feeling ready to welcome the energy of the Fire Horse, how about you? 🐎 This last year, aka year of the Snake, was about shedding skin… and oh how we’ve witnessed that in the collective!

According to the Chinese zodiac, the year of the Horse invites us to move forward boldly and from a lighter place. We crafted some affirmations to help you integrate and work with this energy. ✨🔥 by @ourwellco

How is your heart? Yes, we mean both the physical organ and energetic heart center 💗 These herbs and flower essences are great allies for your heart:

Hawthorn: Has adaptogenic properties that help the heart handle stress. Its berries, leaves, and flowers have been used for medicinal purposes for centuries.
Jasmine: As a flower essence, it’s said to help open the heart. In energetic traditions, it helps the heart come “unstuck.”

Turmeric: Another one for physical heart health! Turmeric is packed with curcuminoids that fight inflammation and help your heart stay strong.

Rose: There’s a reason roses are popular as gifts to your lover! The essence of the rose is said to invite us to open our hearts. If you want to soften and open your emotional heart, rose water or oil/essence is a great go-to.

Fennel: Fennel isn’t just delicious – it also helps lower blood pressure and has been shown to reduce cholesterol levels. Enjoy it in a soothing tea, or add it to your salads and dishes for a subtle kick! 🌱 by @ourwellco

During this week leading up to Valentine’s Day, you might be bombarded with messages and products supposedly related to love. And while there’s nothing wrong with this, per se, we’d also like to invite you to think more intentionally about matters of the heart. ♥️ In honor of all things related to the heart, both the physical organ *and* your energetic heart center, we’re sharing these Heart-Centered practices from around the globe. 🌍

✨Note how many of these are about connecting with community or more intimately with yourself versus with Western romantic ideals. Whatever your relationship status, remember that you can always show yourself (and platonic relationships!) deeper love. #OurWell #intentionalliving by @ourwellco

We’ve made incredible progress on the outside.
Skyscrapers, technology, and medical advancements have transformed our world… but what about on the inside?

✨Despite all the “progress,” we’re more anxious, more stressed, and more disconnected than ever. At OurWell.com, we believe it’s time to nurture the internal, to heal our souls just as much as our bodies. It’s time to come back to balance. 🌿💧 #OurWell #InnerProgress #MindBodyHealing by @ourwellco
