We know exams are creeping up so here are a few reminders of ways to remain balanced and take breaks! ☁️

The sauna is open from 8am during the week and 10am in the weekend! Head to the ousa website to book! 🧖‍♀️

Yoga is pay per class so no need to book just show up and enjoy the class! 🧘🏻‍♀️

@ousaclubsandsocs has affordable and delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dinner taking the stress out of what to cook! 🍔

De-stress with a session in the craft room, get your dog cuddle fix or join us on the lawn for a picnic and games 🧺

Pick up an adventure card from @ousaclubsandsocs and explore more of Dunedin 🌳

And remember that @ousastudentsupport is always around for chats & support during this time 💜 by @ousanz
