🌄 Fri 7/3 — Group Evening 14er up Mount Blue Sky. Leave shop by 5. Bring layers, leave your excuses.

🧘 Tue 7/7 — OMG Yoga @ the shop, 6:15. Stretch before you wreck yourself later.

🍻 Thu 7/9 — Thirsty Thursday Group Ride to Three Sisters. Leave shop at 6, Cactus Jack’s after because we’ve earned it.

🧘 Tue 7/14 — OMG Yoga, round two. 6:15 at the shop

🛠️ Thu 7/16 — Basic bike Trail Maintenance Clinic @ the shop, 6pm. Learn to fix the thing you keep destroying.

⛏️ Sat 7/18 — Trail Dig Day at Virginia Canyon, 9–2. Free labor disguised as fun (it IS fun, we promise).

🍻 Thu 7/30 — Thirsty Thursday at Rutabaga, leave shop by 6, Revival after. Closing out the month right.

Greetings! It is meet the staff Monday and this is Stephen! Stephen is a suspension Jedi Master and came to us about a year ago. He has been working and playing bikes his entire life and is a pretty rippin skier as well. When not at OMG Stephen has a “real” job, coaches mountain biking and may also be found entering mountain bike races or free ride ski competitions. Aside from all the GNAR, he is also a pretty swell guy, come say “HI” to Stephen, bring him the peanut butter ice cream from next door and he may become your best friend! taken in Outbound Mountain Gear by @outboundmountaingear

We had a great day digging at the @mightyargo with @combaorg today. It was a hot one but we got out there with 30 or so volunteers making a new section of trail called “old school”. We can’t wait to ride this! Also, thank you to @yardstaphouse and @smokinyards for the delicious beer and food after a day in the sun!

On a side note, England vs France was wild and stoked for the World Cup final! taken in The Mighty Argo by @outboundmountaingear

Staff Monday on a Tuesday: Hey all! This is @scotterman_ Sam started as a customer where one day he came in with a bike and a bucket “literally a bucket” of parts to help fix his bike. This was both hilarious and awesome and we knew that we had to have him. A year later he started as the resident grom where he did the normal shop tasks to keep it nice and neat. Since then Sam has helped on the website and now he can work on most quick fixes as well as some tunes as he started to learn about bikes. Recently he has started his video series for OMG that are just hilarious and awesome. When not at the shop Sam loves his bike and rides it and works on getting his motorcycle working at his home garage workshop! Sam is headed into his senior year on the bike team and we are excited to see what he can do! taken in Outbound Mountain Gear by @outboundmountaingear

Sam “The Hawk” Cotterman is back with some information about suspension. He wants you to know the importance of proper maintenance and when to service your suspension. Lowers and air cans should be every 50 hours, fox dampers and lowers every 125 hours and Rockshox every 200 hours! Happy shredding!
