We are looking for a Community Growth Lead to help us expand our community, strengthen member engagement, and grow our events. Key Responsibilities Community Building: Attract new members, build relationships, and turn event participants into active community members. Member Engagement: Keep the community engaged through challenges, and regular interactions. Event Growth: Help plan, promote, and execute Out Box events and activities. Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with colleges, sports clubs, businesses, and potential collaborators. Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute ideas to increase event participation, membership, and brand awareness. Who We're Looking For A track record of pursuing a sport, building a venture, or organising an event. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ideas into action. A sense of ownership and willingness to take responsibility beyond a narrowly defined job description. The ability to work in a fast-moving environment and take initiative. A genuine interest in building a growing business and community. Preferred Qualifications A sports background. An MBA, completed or in progress. Experience running or founding a venture, organising events, or building a community. What the Opportunity Offers A real voice in shaping Out Box's growth and direction.
