More options of teas i stick to:

Yerba Mate - Yerba mate is one of a kind. Has tons of properties and benefits. One of my favorite teas I have came across. The catechins (compounds and antioxidants) within this herb boost a higher percentage of fat being burned. Yerba helps boost metabolism and slowly eats away fat cells from the inside.

But consume in moderation. Large consumption can lead to canceric effects and yerba has PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons). PAH is in tobacco and grilled/ charred foods. It can be toxic from overconsumption.

White tea- White is very similar to Green teas. Besides helping to breakdown fat, it also helps prevent new fat cells being formed.

Always research what you choose or about to consume. I really enjoy and invest into these herbal components dedicated to my health.

In the bowl there are:
Strings beans, bean sprouts, and enoki mushrooms. All will be cooked down with nori seaweed.

Roasted chicken

Turkey meatloaf (with gluten free breadcrumbs and free range egg)

My hosuemade tomatoe soup. Threw in some seamoss and vegetable stems from bok choy, swiss chard, and celery.

I was purchasing some food items on Amazon, and this is what I came across. It seemed interesting and was reading the printed information on these packages. I bought them immediately.

I never heard or seen Lupini beans, but read up on them right away after comming across it on Amazon. A popular item found within todays Mediterrannean and Latin cuisines. But a staple within ancient Egypt, Mediterranean, and Roman Empires. This is probably the greatest superfood I have came across so far. I don’t know how it taste, but it seem so interesting that I couldn’t casually scroll pass it. Read up on its nutrition, you’ll be surprised.

The purple bottle is a body scrub that helps scrub off dead skin your usual everyday showering agents can not. Look into it, i seen a difference.
