There have been many advances in the world of AI-generated images. Unfortunately the photos we post publicly online are not always safe.

Because of that, I’ve decided that I will no longer be posting identifiable photos of children’s faces on my photography page. I will still post precious details and photos with their faces turned. You will still get the laughing photos and the beautiful smiles in your galleries, they will just not be posted on my page.

As a photographer and a mom, I am going to be much more intentional about what I share in stories and behind-the-scenes content, and doing my best to protect the privacy of the families who trust me with their memories.

I know this means you may see fewer sweet little faces around here, but I truly believe protecting a child’s privacy is more important than having their photo on my feed.

A few things about me outside of taking your family photos 📸🤎

You can probably find me working at the church, hanging out with my girls, drinking a latte from @thewanderingcup.coffee , planning my next tattoo, or convincing someone to go to a concert with me. 😂

I’m a full-time working mom who runs a photography business on the side, so life is usually a little chaotic — but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I love capturing the little moments that make life your life, and I think that comes from knowing just how quickly these seasons pass by.

I’m so glad you’re here and that I get to do this little photography thing I love so much. 🫶🏼

Running through the fields with your family >> standing still and smiling for the camera. ✨

I’ll always try to get that one good photo where everyone is looking and smiling (because we need it 😂), but honestly? My favorites are usually everything in between.

Not every session goes exactly as planned — especially with two toddlers. 🍂🤎

There were big feelings, little distractions, and plenty of toddler moments… but somewhere in the middle of it all, we made a little magic. The kind that reminds me why I love photographing families just as they are.
