My OCD kicked in over the weekend.... I couldn't find a nut driver holder, so I made one myself. I believe this project is now complete. 😆

I decided to eliminate my @rotopaxofficial fuel container and create an air up and down station in the @ursaminorvehicles recessed area. I utilized an old @rotopaxofficial water container to create a quick release and hose reel for the @harborfreight Apache case. After I ran air into the case, I decided to create a small shelf to lay my air accessories on.

Here’s a couple of short videos showing how quickly the SkyFly sets up and breaks down on the Ursa Minor. This isn’t a video necessarily showing close-ups of all of the components and technical make-up of the SkyFly, but rather just to show how simple it is to use. Additional information and updates will follow soon.

And just for clarity, I did remember to attach the latches when packing the tent back down!

So far, I am extremely happy with how well the SkyFly is working out! I’ve had a couple of nights with decent rainfall and it has been great knowing I have the coverage to allow me to continue to ventilate the tent and in keeping the tent material dry. It has also made a noticeable difference in providing shading of the tent from early morning sun and subsequently keeping the inside of the tent cooler. That’s a huge bonus!

@overland_rubi has done an amazing job with this project! He’ll be putting a few additional tweaks to it soon and we’ll update once that happens.

Serial #002 installed on the Ursa Minor! Tentatively dubbed the SkyFly, and made specifically for the Ursa Minor camper, this is the brainstorm and creation of @overland_rubi. Made right here in Virginia!

Designed to provide protection from the rain and also reduce interior camper temperatures. I’ll be putting this one to use over the next few weeks/months to see how it performs in various weather conditions.

I can say I’m extremely impressed with the fit, finish, and overall quality. Looking forward to seeing how these first couple of units perform!

Just wanted to put this out there. I've been working on a rainfly/sunshade for the last 6 to 8 months. I just completed the first prototype for proof of concept. I also have an extended side option in the works. This will be a very simple bolt in option, less than 2 hours to install. At this time, I'm trying to gauge interest. I'll be building a couple for testing and then decide if I want to build more depending on interest. More details to follow once testing is started. Stay tuned! 😁

I took a chance on a Zimablue all leather steering wheel on Amazon Prime Day and I was blown away. For the money, these are a steal. Packaging was first class and installation was a breeze. Factory trim fit perfectly and I couldn't ask for more. Hopefully, it holds up well and it definitely gives the interior a nice upgrade.

Another quick modification before heading to Florida. I utilized some miscellaneous @67.designs parts to eliminate the tripod on my @stkrconcepts light. Hopefully, this works as planned when the canopy is deployed.

Wrapping up a last-minute project before heading to Florida. This is my first attempt to keep the bugs out of the @ursaminorvehicles campertop when the panels are left open. Lots of ideas on how to achieve this, but this seems the most practical. Now to put it to the test.....

If you've ever considered a new mattress for your @ursaminorvehicles campertop, I highly recommend @roamrest. I contacted them on a Monday morning and within a week and a half a new mattress showed up. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced and the turnaround time for a custom mattress is unreal. The fit and finish is perfect and and as far as comfort, extremely satisfied.
