This Chevy Astro proves that a simple, thoughtfully designed conversion can make every inch count in a low roof van.

Here’s what we packed into this compact camper:

🛏️ Custom Adventure Bed: Designed to sleep people over 6 feet tall, with a flip-up backrest and tuck-away footrest extension for more daytime living space.

🧰 Serious Storage: Two deep pull-out drawers make the most of the space beneath the bed.

🪵 Custom Birch Cabinetry: Practical storage with a dedicated space for the Bluetti battery system.

✨ Comfortable Finishing Touches: Insulation, Sound deadening, MaxxFan, Duramax “toast” fabric-wrapped birch panels, Loncoin II Flecks in Sandstone, simple white ceiling, soft lighting, and warm interior finishes bring everything together.

🔋 Power & Ventilation - Our friends at @OffGridOverland handled the Bluetti power system and MaxxFan installation.

Our New Brunswick ProMaster 3500 camper van conversion is getting a tongue & groove cedar slat ceiling (gonna be gorgeous!) and lots of custom furniture, while Andy’s at the design desk working on drawings for our fall builds.

They came from New Brunswick for THIS build 🇨🇦🚐

Connie & Paul came a long way for this build. Their 2023 Ram ProMaster 3500 is getting the full Overland Interiors treatment, and we’re taking you along for the ride.

First up: Joe & Quinn laying the vinyl flooring and getting the foundation of the build just right. Because a great van conversion starts with the details you’ll eventually barely notice - but that make all the difference.

Her custom Ram Promaster 1500 was designed to be cozy, functional, safe, and beautifully her…from the Mexican sink and live-edge maple countertops to the platform bed, garage access, custom storage and dedicated ICECO fridge drawer.
