Visualizing the color you want your Range Rover Classic is important. I’ve been able to develop a configuration tool that will help you choose whatever combination of body color wheel color trims package you want for a Range Rover Classic. My site will launch soon and I’m excited to show you. by @overlandprojects

What goes into my builds and how much do they cost? Unfortunately over the last few years parts and materials have increased quite a bit. I pride myself on building a great vehicle at a great value. But for a long time, a lot of builders keep their prices secret unless you call and I think this market is past that so I’m going to be upfront and tell you what I do with my build and how much they cost. If you have any questions, please send me a DM. by @overlandprojects

Getting this power step to not just fit but function and fit underneath the sills of the range over that are already there has been a task. It’s not only working with the older electric system to make sure that the door sensors operated properly and making sure it has enough power, but also making custom brackets to make sure that it supports the weight well. I like to put a 2 inch lift on all the rangeovers that I build and to be honest, if you’re under 55 it makes it a little bit of an obstacle to get in and out of the car and you don’t want to always have an awkward experience getting in a car that you look forward to driving. When these are tucked away, they look invisible when you need them. They’re out. I am a big fan of these things and I’ve been wanted to put them in there for a while. There is a lot of debate about analog versus digital when it comes to buttons in the interface inside of a car, and I’ve been working on this for the last couple years and I’m getting closer to actually finalizing some designs that I’m doing, and this is a little bit of the background of how I got to where I am. Please let me know what you think #analog #vintageinteriør #rangeroverclassic #cardesigner by @overlandprojects

One of my passions is to improve what’s happening within the Range Rover classic, and a lot of that has to do with the user interface. The HVAC system is one of the main things I’ve been working on, trying to source knobs and levers and make it as custom as I can, but also. correct in look. This is what I have so far. Let me know what you think. by @overlandprojects

As I made this video, I’m driving a 1992 Ford F 250, and it just had me thinking about driving old cars versus new cars, and just the joy of driving a car, not just something that gets you from point A to point B. I’d really love to know your guys’ thoughts. Is it classic cars or is it new cars? Which do you prefer, and why? Let me know in the comments by @overlandprojects

Black is a specific choice. It’s not always the best “color” to choose because it hides so much detail. But it can be accented. by @overlandprojects

This is not a how to, as much it is just showing one of the many details that goes into a build of a Range Rover classic. There are thousands of little touch points on these when they get restored, and this is just one of them. by @overlandprojects
