We keep surviving these heatwaves, what’s better than a post-cold plunge??🧊

We will leave at 7:30pm from overland, finishing at la fabrica with an (optional) cold plunge ice bath.

Bring a bathing suit and towel to the start of the run and we will bring it over to the finish at @lafabricagirona 😉
