Crispy Chorizo Tacos 🌮 🔥Hard to beat these tacos with the @madein Carbon Steel Griddle helping you out! Use the link in my bio to check it out today!Recipe:Servings: 4 PeoplePrep: 15 minutesCook: 25 minutesTacos:* 1.5 lbs Ground Chorizo* 10-12 Corn Tortillas* 2 cups Shredded Jack Cheese* Chopped Cilantro, garnish* Chopped Red Onion, garnishTomatillo Salsa:* 5-6 Tomatillos, husk removed* 2 medium Limes, juices* ½ White Onion* 1 Large Jalapeno* ½ cup Cilantro* ¼ cup Water* Salt, to tasteInstructions:1. Preheat the Made In Carbon Griddle over a medium high heat fire (about 350F).2. Add the tomatillos, jalapeno and onion to the griddle to toast until lightly charred. Pull off and add to a blender with the other salsa ingredients. Blend until smooth and set to the side.3. Add your chorizo to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes until fully done. Then add to a bowl and mix in the cheese until well immersed. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool.4. Add to the tortilla a scoop of the chorizo cheese mix, fold over and press to make flat. Add to the griddle to cook for 1-2 minutes per side until nice and crispy.5. Serve the taco with cilantro, red onion and salsa. Enjoy! by @overthefirecooking
