perks of working in apparel production is taking home swatches, mock ups, rejected samples, and trims/notions that will otherwise be thrown out (•̀ᴗ•́)و

✦ pants! with hand sewn patches

this was actually just a fit sample but there’s nothing I hate more than making a fit sample in muslin and not knowing what to do with it afterwards 🥴

I’m transitioning to making all fit samples (any samples really) into decent pieces that are fully finished and can still be worn!! by @ovie.studio

fun fact: if you didn’t know, Ovie is my indonesian nickname. it’s a name I used to despise being called if it weren’t by an indonesian person. I’ve realized that the name suits the truest version of me, the kind of designer I want to be, and the work I want to produce ♡ by @ovie.studio
