Started P5. Running P4, pressuring John for the last podium spot. The car was the best it's ever been — low 1:31s on full fuel, everything we learned about compliance finally working. Then Turn 5. Braking felt normal. Then the front-right found the curb and my heart just dropped. No. No no no. Went right to stay clear of John — grass, done. I wasn't angry. I was just sad. Sat there and cried. Later I cried with John too — he'd just won the whole thing after last-lap drama. That trip was incredibly successful and necessary. We weren't going to win at this level without learning what we learned. Grateful for every memory with Jordan and Tyler. We go again. by @ovlov28
@ann.doherty04 brought the heat today. Went from 10th to 4th overall and 2nd in class. Second fastest lap of the race. A culmination of car development and driver progress. by @ovlov28
