This is true for all sports, but being a wrestling coach and seeing the season is just around the corner, here are some things to think about as an athlete.

One question: “Is your goal as an athlete to make your opponent happy?”

• Your opponent is happy you decided to skip a workout to play on your phone.
• Your opponent is happy you don’t get enough sleep at night.
• Your opponent is happy you make excuses when something goes wrong.
• Your opponent is happy you think going to the gym twice a day is “unnecessary”.
• Your opponent is happy you don’t take off season seriously.

Why is your opponent so happy about these things? YOU just made their job EASIER. Stop doing things that benefit your opponent. Stay tough and when you don’t feel like getting something done…DO IT ANYWAY. taken in Owly Bean Roasters by @owlybean

Last year October we made available (for the first time since opening) our very own espresso blend. We sold for one month, but I don’t think that was enough time so we are starting early! Owly Coffee Company’s custom espresso roast is now available at their coffee shop!!
.
Not only that, but we also came up with another custom medium roast blend that features a Brazil and Costa Rica coffee bean mix 🤩
.
We know it’s not Halloween yet, but it’s never too early for amazing coffee 👻
.
Oh yeah, did we mention Deer Slayer is now available as well 😎
.
You probably want to stop by the coffee shop and grab a bag…they are limited.
.
Stay Caffeinated!!
