🚨 Midtown Miami is about to change forever.

Most people still think Wynwood ends where Midtown begins. They’re wrong — and that gap is exactly where the opportunity is. 📍

The Standard Residences just brought the world’s FIRST standalone Standard-branded project here. Jean-Georges Miami is going up blocks away. This is the moment before everyone else catches on. ⏳

5 minutes to Wynwood. 5 minutes to the Design District. Walkable, central, and still early.

📲 DM me “MIDTOWN” if you want in before the prices catch up to the hype.
